Our middle school afterschool program provides a dynamic and supportive space for students to continue learning and growing beyond the school day. With a focus on academic enrichment, creative exploration, and social engagement, we help students build essential skills for success.

Afterschool Program Registration Information
Students who are currently enrolled at this site are eligible for the afterschool program. All programs under DYCD are FREE of cost, but require completion of registration in advance.
For After-school programs, registration is ONLY done in person. After submitting all required documents, parents will be notified by email and phone call once their child has been fully enrolled.
Each site has a Director or Assistant Director as the main contact. Families will be provided with their emails and cell phone numbers for direct communication.
Document requirements:
- Completed Application
- Updated Medical Form and Immunization Records from doctors Office (No Yellow Cards).
- Birth Certificate
- Updated photo of the student
- Photo of everyone eligible to pick-up your child.
- Do not duplicate applications, as they are numbered for our purpose.
