The Youth Development & Education Department focuses on empowering young individuals through inclusive programs that promote academic achievement, life skills, and personal growth. By offering educational support, leadership training, and opportunities for community engagement, the department aims to equip youth with the tools and experiences needed to succeed in school, careers, and life. Its initiatives are designed to foster confidence, responsibility, and resilience, helping young people reach their full potential and become active, informed members of society.

Our Compass and Beacon after-school programs provide a safe, supportive environment where children and youth engage in a variety of enriching activities, including academic tutoring, recreational sports, arts, and life skills development. These programs are designed to enhance students’ learning experiences, build confidence, and promote social-emotional growth. By offering structured and unstructured, fun, and educational opportunities outside of school hours, we help youth stay engaged, develop critical skills, and make positive connections with peers and mentors. This holistic approach fosters both academic success and personal development, preparing them for future achievements.
